Job Summary
Senior BRM Acquisition role managing a portfolio of large business clients (annual revenue >$3MM) and ~60 prospects, focusing on business development, acquiring balances, deepening product utilization, and referrals to increase primary bank share. You’ll provide high-touch client experiences with financial advisory, collaborate with product specialists to onboard new accounts, and ensure risk management and regulatory compliance while expanding relationships and financing opportunities up to $15M. The role emphasizes building deep client relationships, leveraging referral networks, and applying knowledge of deposits, cash management, and credit products to deliver tailored financial solutions through cross-functional collaboration across Chase resources.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- Strong current business network; active involvement in community organizations such as Chambers of Commerce, non-profit boards
- Demonstrates strong tactical business development and negotiation skills
- Self-directed, proactive, and creative; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done
- Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
- Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting
- Balances needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
