Job Summary
Manage banking relationships with small business clients in Ahmedabad, focusing on providing working capital solutions across fund and non-fund products (Cash Credit, Demand Loan, Buyers credit, LC, BG, etc.). Collaborate with Branch Banking teams to onboard new customers and penetrate clients with products including Current Account, Term Deposits, Transaction Banking, and Trade Finance for primary relationships and group companies. Build relationships with CFOs and promoters, aiming to grow the portfolio’s book size and profitability. Understand client business models and cash flows, stay alert to competitive elements, enhance Kotak’s market presence, maintain high-caliber client service, and drive process improvements through collaboration with operating units to customize solutions.
