Business Relationship Manager - SBE-Small Business Enterprise-Sales

Job Summary
Build and manage relationships with small business clients to provide working capital and banking solutions across Fund/non-Fund based products (Cash Credit, Demand Loan, Buyers Credit, LC, BG). Collaborate with Branch Banking teams for new customer addition, and cross-sell products such as Current Account, Term Deposits, Transaction Banking, and Trade Finance to the primary Relationship and Group companies. Develop relationships with CFOs/promoters, focus on growing the book size and portfolio profitability, understand client business models and cash flows, monitor competitive elements, and enhance Kotak brand in the target market while maintaining high-caliber client service. Drive efficiency by overseeing continuous process improvements and maintaining rapport with operating units to tailor and develop solutions.
