Business Relationship Manager - SBE-Small Business Enterprise-Sales

Develop and manage relationships with small business clients to provide working capital and banking solutions (Cash Credit, Demand Loan, Buyers Credit, LC, BG, etc.). Collaborate with Branch Banking to onboard new customers and penetrate accounts with products such as Current Accounts, Term Deposits, Transaction Banking, and Trade Finance for primary relationships and group companies. Build trust with CFOs and promoters, expand book size and portfolio profitability, understand client business models and cash flows, monitor competitive activity, and continuously improve processes while maintaining high-caliber client service. Focus on growing Kotak's presence in the target market.
