Job Summary
Business Relationship Manager II responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with $1–$5M in annual revenue, delivering tailored banking solutions (deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~1.5M), and coordinating cross-team partnerships to support client goals. Regular in-person client visits at their places of business, risk-aware advisory, and collaboration with branches and specialists to drive profitability and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners
- MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency
- Ability to balance client needs with associated risks and firm interests and escalate or handle independently
- Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and cross-line collaboration to meet clients’ financial needs
