Job Summary
Own and manage a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5 million, delivering tailored business banking solutions and financial advice. Regularly conduct in-person calls with clients and COIs at their places of business, collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists, promote risk-managed banking solutions, and uphold regulatory requirements while focusing on client experience and profitability of the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- General business experience and knowledge of business credit, understanding of core business products and services
- Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels
- Balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm and recognize an issue or problem and determine when to escalate or handle independently
- MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong current business network
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
