Job Summary
Business Banking BRM I role focusing on acquiring and managing a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1-$5 million across assigned branches, delivering tailored banking solutions (deposit, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$500k), driving client experience and risk management, collaborating with partners across lines of business, conducting regular in-person client visits, and pursuing new business relationships to build primary banking relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- General business experience and knowledge of business credit, understanding of core business products and services with understanding of general business practices and how business needs vary by industry/market
- Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners
- Balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm and recognize an issue or problem and determine when to escalate or handle independently
- Determine and balance priorities on a daily basis to achieve business objectives with demonstrated ability to own problems on clients’ behalf and follow through with commitment
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
