Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million for assigned branches, providing business deposit and cash management solutions and credit opportunities up to $500,000. Deliver tailored business banking solutions and risk-managed advisory to Chase clients, conducting regular in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients at their places of business. Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists, identify growth opportunities, and ensure profitability and regulatory compliance. Lead relationship development and maintain client experience through proactive portfolio management and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- General business experience and knowledge of business credit, understanding of core business products and services with understanding of general business practices and how business needs vary by industry/market
- Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners
- Balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm and recognize an issue or problem and determine when to escalate or handle independently
- Determine and balance priorities on a daily basis to achieve business objectives with demonstrated ability to own problems on clients’ behalf and follow through with commitment
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
