Job Summary
Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million for assigned branches; provide business deposit and cash management solutions and manage business credit opportunities up to approximately $500,000. Deliver customized business banking solutions and exceptional client experience by leveraging knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management. Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients at their places of business, pursuing new business opportunities and building long-term primary banking relationships. Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists, ensure regulatory compliance, and support branch objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- Knowledge of business credit, products and services, and general business practices
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to balance client needs with risk and firm interests and escalate as needed
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
