Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million for assigned branches; provide business deposits, cash management solutions, and manage business credit opportunities up to approximately $500,000. Deliver tailored banking solutions to improve client experience while adhering to risk-management and regulatory standards. Conduct regular in-person client visits at client sites, collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists, identify prospective clients, and support branch objectives through disciplined relationship development and ongoing portfolio management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- General business experience and knowledge of business credit
- Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels
- Ability to balance needs of clients with associated risks and to escalate or handle independently
- Demonstrated ability to own problems on clients’ behalf and follow through with commitments
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
