Business Relationship Manager I in Business Banking to manage a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1-$5M, providing deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$500k; deliver customized financial solutions, collaborate across lines of business, conduct in-person calls at client sites, and maintain risk management compliance while supporting branches across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field or equivalent work experience

- Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels
