Job Summary
Business Relationship Manager I in Business Banking at Chase provides financial solutions, education, and advice to a portfolio of 100–130 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million. Responsibilities include delivering customized banking solutions, managing deposits and cash management, pursuing new business, maintaining in-person client engagement, collaborating with partners across lines of business, and adhering to risk management and regulatory requirements. Requires at least 1 year of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is preferred. Office located in Overland Park, KS (US).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- General business experience and knowledge of business credit, understanding of core business products and services
- Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners
- Balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm and recognize an issue or problem and determine when to escalate or handle independently
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
