Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1-$5 million by acquiring, retaining, and providing deposit and cash management solutions. Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to client needs while identifying and promoting credit opportunities up to $500,000. Conduct in-person calls with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationships and identify personal financial goals. Collaborate with partners across Chase Wealth Management and Home Lending to connect clients with specialists. Support assigned branches by following sound risk management protocols and regulatory requirements. Requires minimum one year in business banking or related lending experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- General business experience and knowledge of business credit
- Understanding of core business products and services
- Understanding of general business practices and how business needs vary by industry/market
- Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners
- Ability to balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm
- Ability to recognize an issue or problem and determine when to escalate or handle independently
- Ability to determine and balance priorities on a daily basis to achieve business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to own problems on clients' behalf
- Ability to follow through with commitment
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
