Job Summary
Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million by providing deposit and cash management solutions and managing credit opportunities up to $500,000. Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to client needs while conducting in-person calls at places of business to build long-term relationships. Identify personal financial goals and collaborate with partners across Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch Teams to connect clients with specialists. Provide leadership by supporting assigned branches and adhering to sound risk management protocols and regulatory requirements. Balance client needs with firm interests, escalating issues as needed, and maintain daily priorities to achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- General business experience and knowledge of business credit, understanding of core business products and services with understanding of general business practices and how business needs vary by industry/market
- Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners
- Balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm and recognize an issue or problem and determine when to escalate or handle independently
- Determine and balance priorities on a daily basis to achieve business objectives with demonstrated ability to own problems on clients' behalf and follow through with commitment
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
