Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of 100–130 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million for assigned branches, delivering tailored business banking solutions (deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to about $500,000) and providing financial guidance to improve client outcomes. Regular in-person client visits, proactive relationship development with centers of influence, collaboration across lines of business to connect clients with specialists, and adherence to risk management and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- General business experience and knowledge of business credit
- Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels
- Balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm and recognize an issue or problem and determine when to escalate or handle independently
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
