Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of 70-90 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5 million for assigned branches, delivering tailored business banking solutions including deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000. Conduct regular in-person calls at client sites, collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists, identify new business opportunities, and uphold risk management and regulatory compliance to ensure client satisfaction and portfolio profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- General business experience and knowledge of business credit, understanding of core business products and services with understanding of general business practices and how business needs vary by industry/market
- Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners
- Balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm and recognize an issue or problem and determine when to escalate or handle independently
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
