This role involves serving as a small business adviser to communicate structure, terms, and conditions to business owners while conducting fifteen face-to-face meetings with decision-makers weekly. The position requires collaboration with retail bank leaders and commercial relationship managers to develop strong relationships and facilitate referrals to additional services. The candidate should exhibit leadership in culture-building efforts, commitment to community involvement, and the ability to execute sales processes.
