Job Summary
Drive end-to-end G&A recruitment for Harvey by partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and develop efficient recruiting strategies. Source and screen candidates through multiple channels, provide timely updates to teams, and deliver an engaging candidate experience from outreach to offer. Manage a full slate of 8–10 requisitions simultaneously, optimize recruiting workflows, and collaborate with coordinators and other recruiters to ensure a smooth process. Bring 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments with experience in Finance, IT, HR, or Marketing, strong communication, organization, and data-minded problem-solving. Nice-to-have experience with Ashby, Gem, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience with G&A roles (Finance, IT, HR, Marketing)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics
- Willingness to learn and apply data to improve outcomes
