Job Summary
Own the entire lifecycle of recruiting from kicking off new searches, developing job descriptions, building evaluation strategies, and sourcing candidates. Provide a seamless recruiting process for hiring managers and engineering teams while partnering with HRBPs, Finance, and Talent Programs to ensure a holistic approach. Prioritize and delegate open headcount, execute unique sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pools, and offer mentorship on recruiting best practices. Act as a talent advisor and thought leader to client business partners.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- 2+ years of experience partnering with hiring stakeholders
- Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross functional team members

- A desire and aptitude in building organizations that take into account holistic team composition and long term vision
