Job Summary
Business Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of small-to-medium, moderately complex projects across multiple work streams. Owns project plans, scheduling, global resource forecasting, and budgeting within the ePMO framework. Drives cross-functional collaboration with IT/Business, aligns stakeholders, monitors timelines and budgets, analyzes risks, and develops contingency plans. Demonstrates expertise across project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), creates and maintains WBS and User Stories, and communicates progress through status reports. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of PM experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role; experience spanning HR, IT, Finance, Stores, Pro, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Digital. Based in Mooresville, NC with in-office responsibilities; strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
- 4 years experience in program and project management
- 2 years leadership experience with direct report responsibility (managing teams with 5+ people)
- Expert in project life cycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.), stakeholder management, conflict resolution, executive communication (written, verbal)
- 4 years experience developing project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) / User Stories used to create project schedules and estimates
- Experience managing operational or project/program financial budgets
