Job Summary
Delivers strategic project support for the AMI program, leading the Project Management process (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing) and coordinating with IT Project Managers on capital initiatives. Represents the Customer Group on project teams, communicates updates to executives, and prepares presentations detailing accomplishments, risks, mitigations, budgets, timelines, and next steps. Requires guiding cross-functional teams, maintaining clear progress measures, and maintaining strong stakeholder and leadership communication. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and five+ years of PM experience; PMP preferred; knowledge of Agile concepts; role supported by a hybrid schedule with at least three days in the office, and potential to be in-office up to five days as needed. Offices listed in Westwood, MA; Berlin, CT; Manchester, NH; Windsor, CT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, related degree or the equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Five (5) plus years of progressively responsible project management experience
- PMP Preferred
- Master’s degree desirable
- Strong understanding of Agile concepts, teams and methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
