Finance Process Excellence & Innovation Team is seeking an experienced Business Project Advisor to lead process diagnostics and re-engineering across Finance, driving standardization, automation, and improved accountability. The role requires partnering with cross-functional and global teams as an internal consultant, applying Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Value Stream Mapping, and Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver measurable process improvements. Candidate will influence senior stakeholders, conduct Lean Six Sigma sessions, facilitate process analyses, develop redesigned process maps and documentation, enable automation initiatives, and build business cases with ROI. Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and adaptability to matrixed organizations are essential, along with experience in change management and leveraging tools such as Power BI, Jira, Alteryx, and Xceptor.
