The role requires applying flexibility in HR processes, conducting testing and reporting, managing records retention, and delivering end-user support for complex HR service needs, with an in-office presence three days per week and two days remote. Preferred qualifications include HR experience (recruitment, onboarding, classification, compensation, performance management), Workday proficiency, Excel expertise, and experience in public/university settings. Compensation ranges from $51,000 to $60,000 annually for a full-time equivalent fixed-term terminal (one year) academic staff position.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree OR minimum of 2 years professional work experience in Payroll, Benefits, Business, or Human Resources (e.g. payroll processing, benefits enrollment processing, auditing, employee lifecycle processing within a HRIS and/or ERP system, recruiting using applicant tracking system, etc.) by the date of hire
