Job Summary
Collect process information from hospitality and golf business users and document workflows accurately using BPMN 2.0. Maintain the BPM repository and support walkthroughs and validations while sharing documented outputs. Prepare SOPs and map guest journey, service lifecycle, front office, back office, booking, billing, refund, and complaint management processes. Explain the Process Maturity Model step-by-step. This role supports structured transformation or ERP programs, with PMS exposure preferred. No team management or architecture ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM)
- Hands-on experience with As-Is / To-Be process documentation
- Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0
- Hands-on experience with Process mapping & modelling
- Hands-on experience with SOP preparation
- Experience with SAP Signavio / ARIS / Bizagi / Visio (any one mandatory)
- Ability to clearly explain Process Maturity Model (L0–L6/L7) step-by-step
- Experience working in structured transformation or ERP programs
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to PMS (Property Management Systems) is an advantage
