Job Summary
Business Process Senior Associate to support Manulife/John Hancock’s Insurance Operations, focusing on processing and analyzing financial and non-financial transactions for Canadian Group Benefits. Responsibilities include performing transactions per SLA, mastering business-unit policies, reporting system issues affecting operations, and assisting Operations Management with other duties. Hybrid working arrangement in the Philippines (Quezon City or Lapu Lapu City) with day or night shifts; emphasis on process efficiency, data accuracy, and cross-functional communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of BPO/back-office or administrative experience
- Experience in back-office operations or administrative roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations
