Job Summary
Review and document current grant-related business processes and workflows to identify optimization opportunities. Analyze federal policy changes and advise on necessary application updates for the Consolidated Application within the NexSys platform. Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external consultants while acting as the primary point of contact for field consultants regarding application issues. Manage and prioritize operational support requests and enhancement tickets in Azure DevOps, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure alignment with project goals. Maintain comprehensive documentation on the project SharePoint site and communicate issue status and resolutions to all relevant parties.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years: Exposure to Complex IT web Applications, within the past 5 years
- Experience in gathering and documenting business feedback and incorporating changes into current processes
- Experience working with multiple teams, internal and external, to support a project, its business processes and training needs
- Ability to lead meetings, conduct training & information sessions, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, make oral and written reports and presentations
- 3 years: Experience working as a liaison between the development team and project manager or business client in a software development project
- 2 years: Experience as a business process reengineer
- Experience with Federal, State or local grant management systems
- 1 Year: Experience with Azure DevOps; including creating User Stories and queries
- 1 Year: Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must undergo a background check and drug screening for employment
- Local candidates (strongly preferred) or non-local (must be willing to relocate at their own expense from acceptance with no delays & follow the hybrid schedule)
- Position is a hybrid schedule with onsite from day 1, two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays are preferred in-office days). Candidate can be full time in office, if desired. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION
- Working hours Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing wireframes, mockups, & prototypes in Figma or comparable design software
