Business Process Owner – Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)

Own the quoting, pricing, and product configuration domain across global sales organizations within our SAP landscape. Translate business needs into clear requirements and scalable process improvements, and partner closely with business and development teams throughout delivery cycles. Validate improvements with key users across multiple sales organizations, align processes across regions and stakeholders, use data and operational insights to identify bottlenecks, and contribute to the ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation project. This is not a hands-on SAP configuration role, but hands-on SAP experience helps understand system capabilities, limitations, and implementation impact. Strong stakeholder management, global-environment collaboration, and fluent English are essential.
