Business Process Manager - O2C / Pricing

Job Summary
Lead the design, integration, and continuous improvement of Order-to-Cash (O2C) capabilities within the LEAP ERP landscape, with a strong focus on pricing and customer master data. Drive cross-functional collaboration (sales, logistics, finance, tech, master data), perform fit-gap analysis, and ensure data readiness for Iberia rollouts. Finalize global process design and SAP configuration documentation, deliver change management and training programs, and enable adoption of the global template across markets. Role requires on-site work in Paris with hybrid remote options (2 days from home), travel across EMEA/APAC for rollout activities, and strong stakeholder engagement. Master’s degree and 5-10 years of O2C experience, plus SAP S/4HANA expertise, are required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or business school
- 5-10 years of experience in O2C process design and operations within a CPG environment
- Strong exposure to pricing and customer master data
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA across pricing, customer master data, and end-to-end O2C processes
- Fluent in English; French or Spanish a plus
