Job Summary
Lead the creation, development, and tracking of the international maintenance strategy for fleet and assets. Define and manage the global maintenance system alongside local organizations, including the evolution of the end-user interface. Drive the development of automated business solutions in maintenance and coordinate closely with INT Engineering on process essentials for new industrial plant construction. Lead specific maintenance workstreams across various international projects while maintaining content alignment with adjacent business areas.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation z.B. Maschinenbautechniker o.ä.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von operativen Einheiten mit Ergebnis- bzw. Budgetverantwortung
- Fundiertes End-to-End Verständnis von Produktions- und Instandhaltungsprozessen
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Internationale Projektleitungserfahrung in einer Matrixorganisation wünschenswert
- SAP PM Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Spanischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Interkulturelle Erfahrung
