Business Process Manager

Job Summary
Business Process Manager to drive scalable revenue growth by designing and optimizing commercial processes, managing override incentive programs, and leading payments optimisation. Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Analytics, Finance, and Regional Directors to establish governance, monitor performance, and maximise ROI. Requires 3–6 years of experience in revenue operations or business process optimization, advanced Excel/Sheets and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI), strong pricing and incentive know-how, and top-tier stakeholder management and communication skills. Remote-friendly with multiple country locations (KZ, AM, GE, UZ, RS).
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in project management, revenue growth, revenue operations, or business process optimization
- Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets, and strong working knowledge of Tableau / Power BI
- Solid understanding of pricing, incentives, and partner engagement
- Strategic, results-driven mindset with high ownership
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- English proficiency at C1+ level or higher is a must
