Job Summary

Signavio-focused BPM expert role responsible for governance, standardization, and lifecycle management of process models. Core duties include applying and improving modelling standards, managing the process library, triaging incidents and coordinating escalations, administering Signavio with runbooks and known-issues documentation, managing user access and roles, delivering Signavio training to process SPOCs and stakeholders across the International Product Organisation, conducting conformance and quality checks on processes, and producing governance/operational reports. Requires hands-on Signavio experience, BPMN 2.0 expertise, incident-management familiarity, process modelling/documentation capabilities, and a strong service mindset for cross-team support.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Signavio
  • expert-level knowledge of BPMN 2.0
  • experience with ticketing and incident management tools (e.g., Jira Service Management or ServiceNow)
  • process modelling and documentation (BPM, SOPs, workflow-based documentation)
  • ability to review and improve process models and documentation for consistency and quality
  • experience delivering Signavio training and coaching
  • strong service mindset and stakeholder support
  • ability to create and maintain governance and operational reports
