Job Summary

Role focuses on governing and improving process models within Signavio. Responsibilities include applying and maintaining modelling standards, governance of process library lifecycle from creation to retirement, triaging incidents, Signavio administration, user management, delivering Signavio training to process SPOCs and the IPO, conducting conformance and quality checks, and producing governance/operational reports. Requires hands-on Signavio expertise, BPMN 2.0 knowledge, process modelling/documentation skills (BPM/SOPs), and experience with incident management tools (Jira Service Management or ServiceNow). The position emphasizes a strong service mindset, stakeholder coaching, and continuous process improvement in a hybrid-work setup in Hungary.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Signavio, including process model reviews and governance workflows
  • Strong service mindset with incident management tools (Jira Service Management or ServiceNow)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for workflow and system-related issues
  • Deep understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) principles and BPMN 2.0
  • Proven experience in process modelling and documentation (BPM, SOPs, workflow-based documentation)
  • Ability to review and improve existing process models and documentation for consistency and quality
  • Signavio administration and governance capabilities
  • Training and coaching of process SPOCs and stakeholders
  • Experience delivering recurring governance and operational reporting
