Job Summary
Business Process Lead for Risk, Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, and Client Engagement Systems responsible for delivering enterprise-grade technical solutions aligned to global Risk/Legal affairs requirements. Owns solution architecture, leads end-to-end technical delivery across platforms (risk, compliance, governance workflows, client engagement processes), and coordinates platform engineers, integration developers, data specialists, QA/testing teams and external system integrators. Ensures adherence to SDLC standards, security, privacy, regulatory obligations (including SOX, data retention, and auditability), and works with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Infra teams to achieve end-to-end system harmony. Drives go-live planning, cutover, and post-go-live support, while serving as a technical advisor to leadership on platform capabilities and modernization. Requires a Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of enterprise-application experience in Risk/Regulatory/Legal domains and ability to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications supporting Risk, Compliance, Regulatory, and/or Legal functions
- Experience leading complete lifecycle system implementations (design, build, test, deployment)
- Strong hands-on and leadership experience across GRC, regulatory and compliance tracking systems, legal matter and contract lifecycle management, document management and records retention platforms
- Experience with systems integration (APIs, workflow orchestration, data synchronization)
- Security models, access controls, audit logging, data privacy concepts
- Experience managing enterprise release cycles, regression testing, and controlled production deployments
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary technical teams across geographies
- Experience managing system integrators and technology vendors
- Expert understanding of SDLC execution, testing methodologies, and release management
- Experience in highly regulated enterprise environments and Big 4 professional services space
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with OneTrust, Protecht, RadarFirst and other Risk platforms desirable
