Job Summary
Coordinate production workshops needs and inputs for SAP PP and MES module implementations; liaise between production and technical teams to ensure solutions meet real needs; contribute to SAP/MES test scenarios and validation; support data migration and test environment preparation; organize and lead end-user training to ensure adoption of new systems; monitor project progress, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions in relation with the BPO.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme en ingénierie de production, gestion industrielle ou équivalent
- Expérience confirmée dans la coordination de projets de production avec intégration de SAP et MES, dans un environnement industriel varié
- Compétences en rédaction technique et formalisation de documents projet
- Travail en équipe et communication fluide avec tous les niveaux hiérarchiques
- Bonne gestion du stress et approche constructive en situation de conflit
- Esprit d’initiative, capacité d’anticipation, et force de proposition
- Leadership orienté collaboration, engagement et accompagnement des utilisateurs
- Maitrise du français (oral et écrit)
- Bon niveau d’anglais professionnel
