Job Summary
Strengthen collaboration between Lifecycle Services and Integrated Supply Chain by establishing operating rhythms for reviewing processes, metrics, and milestones. Monitor progress, identify performance gaps, and develop targeted recovery plans to optimize cost, revenue, and manufacturing cost variance in North America. Lead the development of a new Global Service Level Agreement with ISC partners, drive accountability for adherence, and simplify business metrics to deliver actionable insights. Conduct regular assessments against market benchmarks, partner with Finance to evaluate trade-offs, and oversee cross-functional risk escalations while ensuring transparency. Act as a key liaison among senior leadership, plant teams, and functional stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives, with a focus on bringing the next ERP to life.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, process improvement, or business consulting
- Experience identifying root causes of inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions
- The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
