Job Summary
Lead enterprise master data strategy and design for the SAP S/4HANA transformation, defining future-state governance aligned with "Clean Core" standards. Manage dotted-line relationships with Business Process Owners across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report to ensure data supports operational needs. Execute data profiling, cleansing, and validation while partnering with architects to retire obsolete legacy objects. Oversee migration planning, testing cycles, and production cutover events with IT and System Integrators. Define post-go-live operating models and governance workflows to sustain long-term system stability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in managing complex data systems
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA master data concepts, including Business Partner (BP) and Material Master structures
- Experience with data migration and governance tools such as Syniti
- Demonstrated experience establishing enterprise data governance models, councils, and decision workflows
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption of standardized data practices across the enterprise
Desired Qualifications
- familiarity with process mining tools such as Signavio
- CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) or SAP Master Data certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
