Conduct analytics on external website usage, social media, and GovDelivery to support ad hoc reporting for stakeholders and Congress. Perform Business Process Analysis to document As-Is processes, formulate To-Be process flows, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures within the JustGrants system. Execute quality control measures to resolve audit findings and reconcile integrated administrative and grantee accounts. Manage change implementation across the COPS Office's Communication Division to improve organizational climate. Requires seven years of experience and a bachelor's degree. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000.
