Business Process Expert / SAP OTC

Job Summary
Manage business requirements, process design, and IT solution implementation for international SAP S/4 HANA roll-outs and integrations across EMEA. Lead process reviews, adjustments, and digital transformation initiatives, including active support during new process design and system change phases. Process enquiries from SAP process managers, conduct error analyses, coordinate corrective measures, and create user documentation and change request analyses. Collaborate closely with specialist department managers and central IT while enforcing compliance with template specifications for future rollouts. Requires 7+ years in OTC domain, strong SAP S/4 HANA expertise, and 20-30% travel to EMEA.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Minimum 7 years of experience in OTC domain with at least 4 years in OTC Process Architecture & Design
- Proven functional SAP S/4 HANA expertise
- Excellent understanding of the corporate value chain and end-to-end processes in an industrial environment with a focus on sales processes (OTC)
- Flexibility to familiarise yourself quickly with new issues, an independent way of working and enjoy developing innovative and future-oriented solutions together
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and strong team orientation to solve complex customer enquiries
- Very good communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel in EMEA region (20 - 30%)
