Job Summary
Manage business requirements and IT solutions for international projects, including SAP S/4 HANA roll-outs, integrations, and template design for acquisitions in the EMEA region. Lead process reviews, adjustments, and digital transformation initiatives while resolving enquiries, error analyses, and change requests from specialist department managers. Collaborate with central IT to create user documentation and ensure compliance with template specifications for future S/4HANA deployments. Requires 7+ years in OTC domain, strong SAP S/4 HANA expertise, and 20-30% travel in EMEA.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Minimum 7 years of experience in OTC domain with at least 4 years in OTC Process Architecture & Design
- Proven functional SAP S/4 HANA expertise
- Excellent understanding of the corporate value chain and end-to-end processes in an industrial environment with a focus on sales processes (OTC)
- Flexibility to familiarise yourself quickly with new issues, an independent way of working and enjoy developing innovative and future-oriented solutions together
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and strong team orientation to solve complex customer enquiries
- Very good communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel in EMEA region (20 - 30%)
