Job Summary
Perform current state process mapping and assess adherence to policies. Establish recommendations for procedure documentation changes and create gap analysis reporting. Design future state processes including improvements, redesigns, and transformations. Identify automation opportunities and participate in train-the-trainer knowledge transfers. Create and maintain reporting decks while communicating with team members and management. Apply Six Sigma, Lean, and value stream mapping skills using BPM tools like Visio and Signavio. Work independently with minimal supervision to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of business process modeling
- 5+ years of financial services experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with others as well as independently and with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Prior consulting experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Six sigma and Lean a plus
- Process data analytics and value stream mapping a plus
- Proficient in BPM tools such as Visio, Signavio, BlueWorks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
