Job Summary
Manage IT services and IT chains end to end in line with ITIL principles, acting as a technical sparring partner for functional management teams. Design and maintain User Access Management, including roles, authorizations, and regular access reviews, while supporting MFA, SSO, and identity integrations. Coordinate, improve, and automate IT General Controls to ensure compliance with SLAs, internal risk standards, and external regulations like DORA. Work with engineers on Azure- and AWS-based services regarding security, continuity, backup, and recovery, and identify opportunities to implement automation and AI-driven solutions. Coordinate operational activities with vendors, development teams, and internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve service quality.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree
- 2-5 years of experience in a relevant area
- Advanced or professional English at C2 level
- Strong computer skills and professional knowledge of relevant tools
- A strong interest in IT Service Management and a technical way of thinking
- Experience in functional or application management, or a strong interest in developing in this area
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes, such as incident, change, problem and configuration management
- Experience with User Access Management, authorization concepts and identity and access controls
- A mindset focused on improvement and automation
- The ability to work well with technical and non-technical colleagues
