Job Summary
Business Process Engineer at Idaho First Bank drives digital transformation by deploying AI-driven solutions and optimizing end-to-end banking processes. Responsibilities include analyzing end-to-end processes, documenting inefficiencies, developing integrations with core banking and third-party platforms, redesigning processes for AI-driven workflows, translating operational and regulatory requirements into technical specs, ensuring regulatory compliance and data governance, and enabling audit readiness. The role also involves leading cross-functional collaboration, data analysis and dashboards to support regulatory reporting, and modeling process diagrams; requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), workflow systems, data management, and a foundational understanding of AI technologies. Strong communication, Agile execution, and stakeholder-management skills are essential; banking experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience in business process engineering and technical solution deployment, preferably within financial services.
