Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing international acquisition processes, including FMS, Technology Release and Foreign Disclosure, and training coordination. Document current workflows and systems using industry-standard tools while identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies. Design and propose improved "to-be" business processes aligned with strategic objectives, developing business case analyses with cost-benefit assessments and risk evaluations. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new processes, develop performance metrics and KPIs for continuous monitoring, and leverage technology or automation to streamline operations. Lead cross-functional workshops with PMOs, contracting officers, and DoD representatives to drive adoption and deliver training materials. Maintain a Secret-level security clearance and hold a relevant certification such as Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, or PMP.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related role
- Familiarity with International Acquisition, Security Assistance, and/or Security Cooperation
- Proficiency in process modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN)
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- One of the following certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
- Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level
- US Citizenship
