Job Summary
Lead the analysis, redesign, and optimization of international acquisition processes across Foreign Military Sales, technology release, international agreements, and training coordination; develop as-is and to-be processes supported by business case analyses, establish performance metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes; leverage technology and automation to streamline operations and support system enhancements; facilitate stakeholder workshops, communication plans, and training to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- At least three (3) years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related role
- Familiarity with International Acquisition, Security Assistance/Security Cooperation
- Proficiency in process modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN)
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
