Job Summary
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while removing impediments to enable team productivity. Coach stakeholders on Agile principles, track velocity and burndown metrics, and shield the team from scope creep. Lead process modernization projects by analyzing current workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing business process reengineering using methodologies like Six Sigma. Coordinate enterprise-wide integration efforts between multiple project teams and assist government clients in transitioning project activities. Define and maintain business procedures to meet objectives while ensuring compliance with customer standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- US Citizen
- BS degree in Information Technology or Business discipline
- 7 years' experience conducting BPR activities
- 5+ years serving as Scrum Master for software development teams
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in government contracting environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Advanced Scrum certifications (CSP-SM, SAFe, PSM II)
- Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
- PMP or other project management certifications
- DevOps/CI-CD pipeline knowledge
- Experience with business process reengineering methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
- Experience supporting federal agencies
