Job Summary
Run and maintain daily processes for the IT specialist team to ensure objectives are met on time. Create an inspiring environment with open communication, evaluate workflows, and recommend improvements. Define joint team targets based on OKRs, monitor performance metrics, and manage workload through resource and capacity planning. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for new members while planning vacations and tracking usage. Coach team members on technical and personal development, conduct regular performance reviews, and define individual targets. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and the product lead to deliver agreed product goals for Tallinn-related development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience
- 15 years full time education
- Degree in computer science or similar or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in team management with full disciplinary responsibility
- High level of written and spoken English
- Readiness to travel on regular basis
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Software Product Management
- Good understanding of IT product organization
- Relevant technical knowledge and experience in the products managed by the team
