Job Summary
Meet with federal stakeholders to understand operational needs, document business processes, and translate requirements into actionable recommendations. Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and inefficiencies, then prepare briefings, reports, and process documentation to support executive decision-making. Assist with dashboard development, workflow automation, and technology modernization initiatives while coordinating project activities and fostering communication between business and technical teams. Maintain high standards of data quality and governance across multiple assignments. This role supports U.S. Customs and Border Protection asset management initiatives, requiring a strong communicator skilled in Microsoft Power Platform solutions and complex information organization.
Required Qualifications
- DoD Top Secret or CBP/ICE Public Trust
- Experience in business analysis, project support, operations analysis, management consulting, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to develop clear, polished presentations and business documents
- Experience gathering, documenting, and communicating business requirements
- Ability to analyze information and present practical findings or recommendations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working directly with clients or organizational stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with limited supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal government clients
- Familiarity with technical systems
