Job Summary
Monitor business processes, ensure data integrity through daily, weekly, and period reporting, and coordinate material movements with department handlers to guarantee accurate transactions. Review documentation, identify root causes of data errors, and suggest improvements while providing SAP and scanner training to team members. Manage production readiness by following schedules and BOM lists, complete cycle counting and write-off reporting, and maintain accurate inventory inputs. Ensure all materials are correctly labeled, adhere to safety policies and manufacturing standards, and coordinate training for floor leads on BOM usage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 + years of experience working within a manufacturing environment
- 1 + years of experience working with and transacting within the ERP system of SAP or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word; experience working with graphics
- Data entry experience
- 2 + years of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) experience
- Ability to analyze data/inventory
- Ability to multi-task in a challenging environment
- Specific attention to detail, accuracy, and safety
- Demonstrated initiative-taking style ensures the timely completion of projects despite obstacles
- Actively seek to utilize a Collaborative Team Approach in all situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of leadership and team members
- Able to read and write legibly
- Able to communicate effectively and train team members as needed
- Must occasionally lift and/or more up to twenty-five pounds
- Travel may be required
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years or more ERP including SAP experience
- Experience working with Bill of Materials and Cycle Counting
