Business Process Consultant

Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes and interdependences with policies and procedures. Develop new processes to meet objectives, utilizing data-driven analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement. Align new designs with existing ones, conduct testing to calibrate accuracy, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop actionable improvement plans. Establish key performance indicators, track progress, and address resistance to change through coordinated change management and training. May oversee performance coaching of staff and participate in talent selection decisions. Perform on-site four days a week (Tuesday–Thursday) with one flexible remote day. Bachelor's degree and 10 years of business process improvement experience required; prior insurance experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of Business Process improvement experience
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
- Demonstrated proficiency in process mapping
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management
- High level of understanding of the organization's business and technology operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decision-making
- On-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely
- Core in-office days Tuesday–Thursday
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Insurance experience
- Completion of or continuing progress toward a professional process improvement designation, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Lean Six Sigma
