Job Summary
Identify, evaluate, and deliver process optimization and automation opportunities across the organization by partnering with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical subject matter experts. Facilitate discovery sessions, document requirements, and redesign processes before developing scalable solutions using workflow, robotic process automation, and related technologies. Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and monitor automation solutions that integrate with the company's IBM i–based ERP, SQL Server, Snowflake, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365. Create Power BI dashboards to measure performance and outcomes while troubleshooting failures and implementing continuous improvements. Manage assigned initiatives from discovery through implementation, ensuring supportable, controlled, and appropriate production use.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- Five or more years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, process improvement, solution delivery, or related disciplines
- Three or more years of hands-on experience developing workflow automation, robotic process automation, or comparable business process automation solutions
- Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting production automation solutions
- Strong SQL development, data analysis, and data-validation skills
- Experience working with relational databases and enterprise data sources
- Experience analyzing complex business processes and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Experience documenting process maps, business rules, workflow diagrams, functional requirements, test cases, and user acceptance criteria
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate discovery and requirements sessions with stakeholders from multiple business functions
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and stakeholders with limited supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders toward process standardization, automation, controls, and continuous improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Nintex Workflow, formerly Nintex Workflow Cloud, and Nintex RPA
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Snowflake
- Experience creating semantic models, dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI
- Experience working with an IBM i ERP environment, formerly known as AS/400 or iSeries
- Experience integrating automation solutions with SharePoint and Microsoft 365
